How is commercial duct cleaning different from residential?
The method is the same standard, but the constraints are entirely different. Commercial systems are larger, often run continuously, and serve occupied spaces that cannot simply shut down. The work has to be sequenced around building operations, frequently outside business hours and in zones. Documentation matters more, because a facility manager usually has to justify the expenditure and demonstrate what was done. And the scope typically extends beyond ductwork to air handlers, coils, plenums and the full air distribution network.
Planned around your building, not ours
Most commercial projects we run are sequenced in zones, after hours, or across multiple visits, because occupied space and continuous operation are the normal condition. We plan the sequence with you before the project starts, including access, power, containment and which areas come offline when.
Documentation is part of the deliverable
Facility managers, property managers and general contractors are usually accountable to someone else for this work. Photographic and video documentation of conditions before and after, by area and by system, is what makes that accountability possible. It is also what lets you scope the next cycle accurately.
Where the load actually sits
In commercial systems, the air handlers and the return side typically hold far more material than the supply ductwork. A proposal that covers supply runs and stops there is not cleaning the system. Our scoping looks at the whole airside: ducts, plenums, air handlers, coils, blowers, diffusers and grilles.

Common questions
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and on most commercial projects that is the default. Evening, overnight and weekend scheduling is standard for occupied buildings.
Will you provide documentation for our records?
Yes. Photo and video documentation by area and system is part of the deliverable, along with a record of scope performed. That is normally what a facility manager needs to close out the project internally.
Do you carry insurance and provide certificates?
Yes. We are fully insured and certificates of insurance are provided on request, naming additional insureds where your contract requires it.
Can you handle a multi-building campus?
Yes. Campus and multi-building work is phased, and we will propose a sequence that spreads the work sensibly across your operating calendar and budget cycle.
