What does Refresh document on a job?
Every job is photographed before and after. On a typical visit that means the duct interior at several points, the supply and return registers, the air handler cabinet, the evaporator coil and drain pan, and the dryer or bathroom exhaust termination. The technician records what the system was, what condition it was in, what was done and what was recommended but not done. That record is what you are shown at the walkthrough, and the feed below is drawn from it.
Why we publish this
Duct cleaning is sold almost entirely on claims. Everybody says they are thorough, everybody says they are honest, and a homeowner has no way to check either one before the truck is in the driveway.
So rather than claim it, we show the jobs. The feed below updates as work is completed and carries photographs from the system itself, the service performed and the general area it was in. It is the same documentation the customer receives.
What you are looking at
- The service performed — whole-home duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, Aeroseal duct sealing, component cleaning, or a combination.
- Photographs from that system — not stock images, and not another company's work.
- The general area — which city or community the job was in. Street addresses are never published.
