Refresh Duct Cleaning was founded for one simple reason: the indoor air quality industry needed to do better.
After years working inside one of the largest national duct cleaning companies, our founder saw firsthand what customers were routinely subjected to—bait-and-switch pricing, rushed jobs, incomplete cleanings, and technicians incentivized to sell instead of solve problems. That approach prioritized short-term revenue over long-term results, and customers paid the price.
Refresh Duct Cleaning was built as a direct response to that model.
We are a family-owned and operated company built on professionalism, transparency, and real outcomes. If a service wouldn’t be acceptable in our own home—or beneficial long term—we don’t offer it.
