I called Aaron after another company “cleaned” my dryer vent and my dryer stopped working. He came that same morning and did a wonderful job. He cleaned out years of dirt, dust and lint that had been jammed in by the other company. Not surprisingly, the dryer actually worked after he left. Aaron is thorough and efficient. He handled a heavy duty job for me in 4 units at once and was in and out of there quickly with minimal disruption to tenants. He was very clear with what he would do and I’m very impressed with his work. Refresh Duct has high end equipment to get the job done right. The work was really very well done. I know this because later that afternoon I brought my cat over to the house which is new to him. I forgot that I had removed the floor registers to clean them so the large air return ducts were open. My cat, being nervous, dove down one thinking it was some sort of cabinet. I could hear him moving all through the duct work. When he finally emerged about 20 minutes later, he was completely clean and dust free!
